Staying Active
Starting to get active can be the hardest part for some people and knowing what to do to ensure success can be just as challenging. Here's a list of ways to prompt long term fitness.

Stress management can be tough especially for college students who may not even know where to look for help. When unchecked it can lead to several mental and physical illnesses.
Sleep Reccomendation
The recommened amount of sleep for adults 18 years and older is 7+ hours. Some tips to help abide by these recommendations are as listed.
Motivation
A great way to stay motivated get active, especially for college students is to workout with peers who have similar goals. Joining clubs or groups that focus on a specific activity can be a beneficial way to meet new people and stay healthy.
